When Liz sat in for our regular meditation teacher who was traveling, I was immediately struck by her clear voice, strong yet calming. She guided our sangha with lovely words of wisdom and offered profound imagery to help us settle into our practice and be with the present moment. It was perfect. I also had the good fortune to take a yoga class from her. From beginning to end, I loved her sequence, which flowed through a great selection of poses to get at all the nooks and crannies of my body. It was a small class so she customized the flow to our individual needs. For both meditation and yoga, I can tell you first hand that Liz has a natural talent, and I hope to have more sessions with her in the future.

I met Liz on a yoga-focused trip to India. We talked muchly and shared observations and experiences on Buddhism, India, meditation, spirituality, travel, addiction/recovery, Yoga, and life. She used her past experience as a touring band manager to greatly help our tour group on a number of occasions in challenging and complex situations. She has an innate ability to make things happen, to get things done, to see a path to resolution. With clarity. It's quite something to see. She has also acted as a meditation mentor for me in Vipassana and other styles. Liz is an adept massage therapist as well. And a genuinely good, kind, intuitive, and caring person.

Liz is an incredibly talented facilitator, guide and healer. She leads with equal parts intuition and compassion. Her sound baths have been transformative. I have also attended Liz’s arts therapy groups and carry her teachings with me, especially those about expressing freely and unapologetically!
